Lora Osborn appeals the trial court's summary judgment dismissing her bad faith and Consumer Protection Act (CPA) claims against American Manufacturers Mutual Insurance Company (AMMI). She alleges that there are questions of fact as to whether the insurer acted in bad faith and she requests sanctions against the insurer for citing a court of appeals case that the Supreme Court had reversed. We affirm.
