Before the Court is state prisoner Victor Davilla's ("Davilla") petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Because Davilla has either procedurally defaulted on his claims or fails to present any error on the part of the state courts that would warrant a writ of habeas corpus, the petition is denied....
