[¶ 1.] The defendant is awaiting trial on multiple charges of sexual contact with children. A brassiere belonging to one of the alleged victims was seized from the defendant's bedroom. On the defendant's motion, the circuit court suppressed this evidence, finding it both irrelevant and prejudicial.
