POPOVICH, J.:

¶ 1 David Chmiel appeals from the May 22, 2000, order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, which denied his motion to dismiss on double jeopardy grounds. We affirm.1

¶ 2 Chmiel was charged with stabbing to death three elderly siblings, Angelina, Victor, and James Lunario, while robbing their home in Throop, Lackawanna County, in the early morning hours...
