¶ 1 In a prior lawsuit, Peter and Tanya Strojnik sued the law firm of Diouguardi, Poli and Ball (the "Poli Firm") for malicious prosecution. The Poli Firm's insurer, General Insurance Company of America ("GICA"), contested coverage and therefore defended the firm under a reservation of rights.
