Paige Cox, born 1967, and Tawnya Cox, born 1971, were married in 1990. They are the biological parents of the children who are the subject of this case: a daughter J.F.C., born December 15, 1992, and two sons, A.B.C., born November 4, 1994, and M.B.C., born March 8, 1997.
