Frank Najjor appeals his conviction and sentence for two counts of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344 and 18 U.S.C. § 2. The district court sentenced Najjor to thirty-three months in custody and ordered Najjor to pay restitution to Home Federal Savings and Loan ("Home Federal") and Torrey Pines Bank ("Torrey Pines").
