Defendant-appellant Joseph Lujan,1 along with four others, was indicted on three counts arising from his attempt to sell approximately three pounds of methamphetamine to an undercover officer. Mr. Lujan entered into a plea agreement with the prosecution and pleaded guilty to count one of the indictment. That count charged him with conspiring with the other named defendants to possess more than 50 grams of methamphetamine...
