I. INTRODUCTION

C.J. appeals the decision of the superior court to terminate his parental rights. The superior court found that C.J.'s children were in need of aid, that the state had made active efforts to reunify C.J. with his children, and that placement with C.J. was likely to result in serious physical or emotional damage to the children.
