Defendant was convicted of aggravated battery, burglary, and resisting without violence, all in connection with his forced entry into his pregnant, former girlfriend's apartment after she threw him out and refused to let him back in. The primary1 issue on appeal is whether the trial judge erred in giving a jury instruction as to stealthy entry. We affirm.
