¶ 1. This case arises out of a Final Judgment of Divorce in the Chancery Court of Madison County, Mississippi. Robert Bruce Vaughn (Bruce) and Kay M. Vaughn (Kay) had been married fifteen years and were the parents of a minor daughter, Olivia Rose Vaughn, who was twelve years old when Bruce moved out of the family home. Kay subsequently filed a Complaint for Separate Maintenance, and Bruce filed a counterclaim against Kay setting forth...
