I. INTRODUCTION

This appeal concerns property division and child support disputes arising from Henry Brandal and Lorraine Shangin's divorce. We hold that the trial court did not err in classifying Henry's right to use his grandmother's Chignik Lagoon land as a marital asset, or in valuing the original cost of this asset.
