Gary and Janet Mann successfully bid at a deed of trust foreclosure sale of an Electric City residence. Unfortunately, they did not know that the property had a senior deed of trust. Household Finance Corporation foreclosed on the senior deed of trust and bought it at a subsequent trustee's sale.
