Helen Monahan appeals the trial court's order granting a partial final summary judgment, dismissing with prejudice her case against appellee, Elizabeth Davis, and barring recovery against appellee, Betty Kish, for any wrongdoing that occurred prior to 1994. The court based its ruling on the statute of limitations.
