After pleading guilty to possession and delivery of methamphetamine, Carey V. Fisher was released on bail. While she awaited sentencing, the court issued a bench warrant for her arrest based on the prosecutor's affidavit indicating that Ms. Fisher had been spending a considerable amount of time with a known drug user.
