Five companies owned by William Sauey (collectively "Nordic Group") appeal from the portion of a judgment awarding Bruce Felland and Nordic Financial Corporation (collectively "Felland") $62,500 plus prejudgment interest for breach of contract. Felland cross-appeals from the portion of the judgment dismissing William Sauey from the case because Felland had failed to prove at trial that Sauey was acting on behalf of himself in addition to his companies...
