¶ 1. This appeal emanates from a judgment of the Forrest County Special Court of Eminent Domain. A jury returned a verdict in favor of the Davidsons in the amount of $45,732, for land taken by the Mississippi Transportation Commission (the Commission). Aggrieved by the jury verdict, and judgment entered thereon, the Davidsons appeal and submit three assignments of error which we quote verbatim: (1) the trial court abused its discretion...
