Dale E. Gruber appeals from an order of the district court for Douglas County granting the application of Dona M. Gruber, now known as Dona M. Witters, to modify a 1995 decree dissolving their marriage and dividing the marital property. The district court determined that in order to avoid a gross inequity, it was necessary to modify the decree to provide for the division of Gruber's pension as originally agreed by the parties.
