In this workers' compensation case, claimant petitions for review of an order on reconsideration of the Workers' Compensation Board that adhered to a prior order affirming SAIF's denial of claimant's knee claim. Claimant argues that the Board erred in holding that claimant did not meet his burden of proving that the right knee condition was compensable. The issue is whether substantial evidence supports the Board's finding that the medical evidence failed...
