Andy He was charged with encouraging and inducing an alien to enter the United States illegally, in violation of 8 U.S.C. §§ 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) and 1324(a)(1)(B)(i). A jury found him guilty as charged, and the district court sentenced Mr. He to a term of five months of imprisonment, a $3,000 fine and a two-year term of supervised release.
