Claimant seeks review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Board that upheld employer's denial of claimant's aggravation claim for a low back condition. After the Board issued its decision, the Supreme Court established a different test for determining whether an injured worker's compensable condition actually worsened. See SAIF v.
