Plaintiff, Teresa Baldwin, appeals from a take nothing judgment in her case against defendant Sheriff Frankie Daniels under Section 1983 alleging due process and First Amendment violations stemming from Daniels' refusal to accept bonds written by Baldwin without notice or hearing.
