John Noble was convicted of possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute under 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a) and 846. The district court made findings as to the amount of drugs that Noble distributed, determined Noble's base sentence according to the United States Sentencing Guidelines ("Sentencing Guidelines"), and added eight levels of enhancement based on three aggravating factors.
