NIGRO, JUSTICE:

This case involves Petitioner William Perrone's petition to be reinstated following his disbarment from the practice of law in Pennsylvania. On July 27, 1993, Perrone pleaded guilty to theft by deception, tampering with public records or information, securing execution of documents by deception and unsworn falsification to authorities. The criminal charges stemmed from Perrone's filing of false and misleading fee petitions...
