HILL, Justice.

[¶ 1] Appellant, Detlev Bill Mueller (Mueller), was found guilty by a jury of two counts of felony interference with a police officer.1 The district court entered judgment and sentence on that verdict imposing two consecutive sentences of 42-60 months of imprisonment. Mueller appeals from the district court's judgment and sentence contending that the district court erred in refusing to give lesser-included offense instructions...
