Billy Roy Tyler, the plaintiff herein, is an inmate at the Nebraska State Penitentiary. He sold a house in 1992 to Calvin Dunn. The property was encumbered by a child support lien in the approximate amount of $2,300, and part of the proceeds from the sale were to be used to satisfy that lien. LaVon Stennis, an attorney, was involved in the real estate closing. Through a series of lawsuits and other proceedings, Tyler has maintained that
