After a jury trial, the trial court entered judgment awarding Lisa E. Gaffney Stilwell ("plaintiff") damages in the amount of $5,401.00 and attorneys' fees and costs in the amount of $10,853.75 in her civil negligence action against Amanda Danley Gust ("defendant").
