¶ 1. Patricia Jones filed this medical malpractice wrongful death action against Dr. John E. Rawson and The Newborn Group, P.A. and obtained a jury verdict of $1 million against them. Aggrieved, Dr. Rawson and The Newborn Group appeal from the judgment based on that verdict after a set off.
