Parker appeals, contending (1) the weight of the evidence is contrary to the verdict, (2) the trial court erred in its pre-charge to the jury, (3) the state inadvertently failed to disclose his statement prior to trial, (4) the trial court erred in refusing to order that he be produced for his motion for new trial, and (5) the trial court erred in allowing the state to replay an audiotape...
