Rickey L. Smith appeals the district court's1 denial of his motion to suppress. We affirm.

On the morning of March 3, 2000, officers conducting surveillance of the Omaha, Nebraska, bus station observed Smith and his traveling companion, Troy Bales, arrive on a bus from California.
