National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, P.A. ("appellant") timely appeals from a nonfinal order denying its motion to set aside the clerk's default. It argues that the default was improper because the former co-personal representatives of Edward's estate, Marcia Ann Meyer ("Marcia") and Frank Meyer ("Frank"), failed to contact appellant's Florida counsel before seeking default, even though they knew that it was represented by counsel in Florida...
