[¶ 1] In November 1998, John C. and Elizabeth A. Dewey (the Deweys), pro se, sued their son, Carlton P. Dewey (Carlton Dewey), for allegedly breaching a partnership dissolution agreement. The district court granted summary judgment to Carlton Dewey and ultimately sanctioned the Deweys $9,410.00 in attorneys' fees and $164.16 in costs pursuant to W.R.C.P. 11.
