Appellant, Larry Deane Hudson, entered pleas of guilty to two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance causing substantial bodily harm and one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Because of prior convictions, Hudson's possession of a controlled substance charge was treated as a third offense. Hudson filed a direct appeal that was dismissed.
