Following rendition of a summary judgment, appellant Daphney Skelton challenges the judgment of the trial court denying her homestead and community property claims and declaring that appellee Washington Mutual Bank, F.A. held a valid first lien and that an order of sale should issue on the real estate described in the deed of trust.
