Daniel Felder was indicted by a grand jury for the second degree murder of Earl Robinson in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1.1 He pled not guilty. After a jury trial, the defendant was found guilty as charged. The defendant filed a motion in arrest of judgment, a motion for new trial, and a motion for post-verdict judgment of acquittal, all of which were denied by the trial court.
