KITE, Justice.

[¶ 1] Lynn Lee was charged with five counts of third-degree sexual assault and two counts of immodest, immoral, or indecent acts with a minor. He pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree sexual assault— Counts III and V—and was initially sentenced to consecutive prison terms of not less than twelve years nor more than fifteen years. He appealed claiming his sentence on Count V was illegal because there was insufficient evidence...
