The issues before the court concern the retention and compensation of special counsel to the chapter 7 trustee. Computer Learning Centers, Inc. ("CLC") filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy pursuant to chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on January 25, 2001. Immediately prior to filing, it provided computer-related training to more than 9,000 students and employed more than 1,600 people at 25 schools...
