Greg and Lynne Gebert brought a qui tam action against Transport Administrative Services (TAS) and David Steward. The District Court2 granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment on the grounds of res judicata, judicial estoppel, standing, and release. The Geberts appeal and we affirm.
