Kerry Poulack rented a truck that was stopped for a traffic violation on an interstate highway in Nebraska. A large amount of marijuana was discovered in sealed boxes in the truck, and after Poulack's pretrial motion to suppress the evidence was denied, he stipulated at trial that the quantity of marijuana in the boxes was 77.1 kilograms.
