Presently before the Court is Defendant, AT & T Corporation ("AT & T")'s Motion for Summary Judgment against the Plaintiff, American Cable Technologies Services, Inc., ("ACT"). This case arises out of an alleged tortious interference by AT & T with a contract/business expectancy between ACT and Southwestern Bell Telephone Company ("SWB").
