Appellant, Alfons James Pohopek, appeals the decision of the Circuit Court for St. Mary's County that reversed an order of the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission ("the Commission"), which held that Maryland had jurisdiction over Pohopek's workers' compensation claim.
