We affirm the final order approving the department's denial of benefits for appellant's daughter. The order is supported by competent substantial evidence. Doyle v. Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission, 635 So.2d 1028 (Fla. 2d DCA 1994). Appellant's daughter does not fall within the definition of "minor child" in section 414.0252(8), Florida Statutes (2000).
