[¶ 1] Howard Lee Martindale (Martindale) entered a conditional plea of guilty to one count of unlawful use of a credit card in violation of Wyo.Stat.Ann. § 6-3-802(a)(i) and (b)(iii) (LEXIS 1999). On appeal, Martindale challenges the district court's denial of a motion to suppress evidence discovered after an investigatory stop.
