[¶ 1] This appeal presents the sole issue of whether benefits should be denied to a claimant who proves that her depression is caused by a compensable physical injury as required by statute, but fails to have her diagnosing, licensed psychologist state aloud that the diagnosis is based upon the criteria of the most recent edition of the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (DSM-IV) published by the American Psychiatric Association...
