A Monroe County jury found Carlton Lyons guilty of vehicular homicide—driving while his license was revoked due to habitual violator status; vehicular homicide—driving under the influence ("DUI") (alcohol—less safe driver); and habitual violator. The trial court sentenced Lyons under the vehicular homicide—DUI (alcohol—less safe driver) count and merged the other two offenses therein. He appeals. On review, we affirm...
