¶ 1 Plaintiff Press Publishing Ltd. (Press) entered into numerous contracts with Matol Botanical International Ltd. (MBI) for the provision of printing services. After disputes arose between the parties, MBI sued Press for breach of contract. Press counterclaimed, alleging that defendants misappropriated its creative work.
