The defendant, whose appeal to this court from his conviction of being a felon in possession of a firearm, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), is pending, renews in this court, as he is entitled to do, Fed. R.App. P. 9(b), his motion for release on bail pending the decision of his appeal.
