PROCEDURAL HISTORY

On December 19, 1999, A.H. was charged with violating La. R.S. 14:67.10, theft of goods valued at less than a $100.00. A.H. admitted to the charge and on May 24, 2000, at the disposition hearing, the minutes reflect the Court sentenced A.H. to "DPSC/LTI for six months or until her 21st birthday, whichever was sooner."
