FERNANDEZ, Circuit Judge:

Rudy A. Ortiz and Rudy A. Ortiz & Associates, P.C., a Virginia corporation,1 appeal the district court's order denying their motion to set aside the entry of default and to enlarge time to answer. We affirm.
