[¶ 1] The mother of Annie A. appeals from a judgment of the District Court (Machias, Romei, J.) terminating her parental rights in her daughter. The mother contends that the court erred when it (1) found by clear and convincing evidence that she was unable to take responsibility for Annie within a time which was reasonably calculated to meet Annie's needs, and (2) failed to accord Annie's maternal grandparents priority consideration for Annie...
